That ain't the way the press releases told the story. The little there is on this IVAX/BB broken deal in the press is that BB called it off because IVAX did something BB didn't like or could not agree with.

Then someone speculated on this thread that the BB law suit was a premptive one just to be ahead of one which IVAX was going to file against BB.

So it looks like everybody is pissed for some reason or another, which none of us who have thousands invested, know about nor can we find out an details. In the meantime IVAX gets nearer ZERO.
