How can you say I am a fraud if I tell you things which took place in the past. You don't have to believe in me. But you can't say that is a fraud because you don't have facts to prove one way or the other. On the other hand, when you tell me what is going to happen in the future with positive tone, you are a fraud. Because you are not sure and you know that.
