Neocon~ I wasn't referring to sweet teasing or pet names, nor can I believe you thought I was. Cooing and using affectionate silly names is a far cry from base name calling. Children by their nature are delicate formative beings and NO ONE can convince me it isn't cruel, damaging or abusive. Why anyone would want to affectionately call their child a "little bastard" is beyond my scope. As much in life is. sherry
