Was off line but tried to get this message posted for you.

Mesa is in essence buying out PDP. Mesa being the acquiring company it's stock price is taking a beating, down to 5 1/8. PDP is being acquired so their stock price is up. MXP and PDP just went over the financials and determined that the Fair Market Value of MXP was $5. So therfor they have put a floor on the deal that says NO GO if under $5. After the "takeover or acquisition" they will change the name to Pioneer and have about the same management.

When the deal is done and the arbirtage begins the price of PDP will be closer to $35. The reason it is not there now is the time element of 3 to 18 months before conclusion. It (to some) may still be up in the air, to me it is done, now we just sit and wait until the paper work is finished up.

I sent an E to Bryan and discussed some of the same points, if MXP rises above $5 then there will be (almost, depending on time to finish) a sevenfold rise in the PDP stock. Guess what I am trying to say is that there is a time element discounting the true 7/1 ratio.

Now I have a question for you, or anyone else who might know the answer. Have been on SI for about 3 months and was locked out this morning because of the number of posts (5) that I had made. How long is the lock out for and what is magic about after 50 posts? Sent an E to webmaster inquiring about their policy on posts around noon EDST and have had no reply. Your help would be appreciated. George
