After reading all the material on this threads, and having no creative idea of my own, I conclude that the decline will commence in earnest no later than Thursday, as Europe rate increase puts increasing pressure on dollar with an excellent chance for a final nail in the coffin on Friday as the unemployment figures come out and send bond prices sharply lower; a few more earning warnings won't hurt either, the ensuing margin calls will do their work on MOnday, and the spiral will have begun. Question is will the Fed even wait til November to raise rates? My guess is that they will not be able to. Of course I reserve the right to be wrong and probably will be.
