Thanks for your reply Dave, and I knew that this topic was always
a point of discussion between shareholders, and I assumed that many
contacted you thru either e-mail or Private Message here on SI.

Once again I feel that the 20 to 1 consolidation was the correct way
to protect MGR from a situation that had all the signs of going from
bad to possible bankruptcy for a total lost and MAC a big win.

But I'am sure its in the nature of folks to let out the anger and rage
felt towards MAC of Mongolia, as if they were decent business partners
the current price and direction of gold would now deliver what the
initial shareholders expected from MGR and your vision.

For sure this discussion will continue, and if so I will try and keep
it in focus on this and a new TDC thread.

I look forward to the official TDC web site and if not on that location
I expect soon that the MGR shareholders will receive a full and detailed
accounting of who/what/where/money and assignment and allocation
of new TDC shares to whom and reasons given.

That will conclude the business and the follow thru of the
shareholders voting yes on the consolidation, as this information
was not presented to shareholders, but only their trust in you.

Also, if MAC does communicate with TDC then they should be told in
strong and clear words that their poor and maybe criminal past
conduct has already diluted MGR shareholders by a factor of 20.
