Yeah... can you imagine a T-Rex exhaling its foul, hot breath in your face...
No, eh?... Actually, if you were that close, I imagine that you wouldn't even exist in about 2 more seconds so it wouldn't be a problem.
Actually, dinosaurs probably have some kind of snake-type odor on them... Used to always be catching little garden snakes when I was a kid, but it left a strange odor on your hands...very difficult to wash off...don't think it really compares to anything else that I can think of. Anyhow, multiply that snake smell by about 2,000 square feet of dinosaur skin and I'd say that might be rather overpowering, eh?
Hmmm... now you've got me thinking about which animals are unusually odorous... Let's see... I rode on a very hairy camel once... and that was pretty raunchy.... I've owned quite a few buck goats too... You want to avoid handling them too often when they're in rut in the fall...especially touching their beards (you DON'T want to know more about those beards!..believe me!).
BTW, Irish Spring soap is pretty good for neutralizing buck odor... (Manly scent, but I like it too!). Definitely got to wash all the buck smell off before you go to the city...like to the bank... or the tellers will all stare at you and whisper terrible things when you turn your back to leave...
...just a little lesson in "goat etiquette" for you...;-}> |
