I pulled the trigger this morning when PLMD started to back off in an up market. The buy signal is weak but still in tact so I'll be getting back in later. Going to be volatile until this secondary is over. The extra shares in the earnings model show $.24 per diluted share for this quarter and $1.01 for the fiscal year. That's based on no other assumptions about the shares effect on debt interest payments, etc.
