That's right, you guessed it, computer locked up...lost it all...had to laugh, couldn't cry.
The gist was this, for anyone who is interested go back and browse the early parts of the latest 8K, you'll see that convertible prefereds have ten days after Sept 30 to lower the conversion price if the price is less than apx $3 for series D, and $2 for series F.
Short interest has apx. 5.78 days to cover at current avg. daily vol., gee, what a coincidence. This is insider manipulation at it's best, believe it or not.
