Don: I am going out on limb and betting the CC820, the two RIMM/two SIMM, motherboard is coming out soon. Intel probably tried to push 3 RIMM VC820 preferencially and failed so "Plan B" the CC820 motherboard is on it's way. It allows customer to decide which type of memory to stuff it with. john
