Hey, I told you not to be short the semi-caps around the end of the month. I obviously shouldn't have taken any profits, but I had to go on margin to buy as much as I did, and I didn't want to stay that way, especially with the FOMC decision coming up. I did keep my MU, VECO, and some KLAC I've had since 1980, but I had to just watch as AMAT and NVLS continued on up. I have a few other semis in my portfolio, but they didn't move nearly as much as the big semi-caps.

You win some, and you lose some. While MU was rocketing today, another holding, PROG, compensated nicely to keep my portfolio flat. <VBG>
