Doc: Saying I am wrong is not the same as explaining why.

You say the company is unproven. Well, that is true of every successful company when viewed at the earliest stages of that company's corporate existence. And ATG's management is NOT unproven -- the CEO is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Instinet and one of a handful of major figures in the industry of alternative trading systems, and the tech team and the regulatory team have broad and noteworthy prior experience which bears directly on their mission here. The system itself has passed SEC review, has passed a full blown tech audit by a respected Big 6 accounting and consulting firm, and will be "proven" soon enough. If you lack the vision to understand these things, that is your problem, not mine. If you choose to underestimate them, you will get burned.

You say insiders are selling like there is no tomorrow. I say that you are wrong and must distinguish an "insider" from a mere holder of restricted stock, who must file a 144 by law, but who is NOT an insider (as reflected by the fact that these individuals are NOT required to file a Form 4 when they actually sell, which is required of all true insiders). You have failed to note that distinction in months of posting and commenting upon 144's - it undermines your credibility.

It is true that I have made note of the success of the "short" position from 16 to 6 and then from 11 to 6. It does not go to the substance of the investment to do so, it is a fact, worthy of recognition as what it is, which is not much in my book. You, on the other hand, have never conceded the success of the long position from 1 1/8 to 16, from 6 to 11 and then from 4 11/16 to 7 1/2. So be it. It does not mean anything intrinsic -- ATG is a start up development stage company and its stock is trading in a very volatile fashion, most recently in a bear market that is taking a particular toll on trading stocks (all trading stocks, not just ATG). BFD. Tell me something I don't know.

Apples and oranges, Suess. You will undoubtedly cover just before ATG hits the cover off the ball, or at least you will claim you did, but who cares -- ATG's stockholders who stuck with their diligence and beliefs when tested most severely will be the big winners, and you can take your 368% (hah) or what's left of it after taxes, and go on to the next company that appears to fit the AG/Suess profile of companies that run up too fast for your taste. No need to understand the facts, just trash 'em, claim victory, and move on again.

And no need to respond to this - its clear that you have nothing to add that we don't already know.
