MU is essentially a manufacturer of commodity. Some twist, but mostly so. It was hyped up to Wazoo by some (imho) irresponsible analysts, and gained from a special situation with Korea.
If you think GMST is in a parallel situation to MU '95, then you should _not_ even think of investing in it. Otherwise why even bring up MU(or in other words, you might as well bring up BRE-X or ZZZZZZBest etc. ).
Having said that, your reasons for selling are well taken. As they say, if youre gonna panic, panic early. You still got out at a good price point, rather than take a big loss after mulling over it. Best luck...
