Hey, Justin, sounds as if you have some bad problems with asthma. If I remember correctly, Ish has it too. No way will I give up pasta and wine. THat's that. THe doc started me on a nasal steroid and an inhalant steroid. He said my asthma is allergy-induced, and that he wants to clear up my sinuses first. He thinks this will help the cough. He did NOT lecture me about the cats. I told him about my last allergist with the lovely hanging and framed cross stitch, THe only good cat is a dead cat. He winced and said that was politically very incorrect and that he never messed with people and their pets ever since he told some woman that it was good that cats die fairly frequently and this was good and she began to sob loudly because her beloved cat had died the day before. THat's interesting about you waking up--- what happens ? DO you cough? He asked about that. I wake up all the time, but have always blamed menopause, which of course, you can't. I do cough at night. DO you use an inhaler?
