Looks like NITE and Susquehanna Investment Group (large options market maker) may be in talks. Pasternak mentioned they will be buying an options house in the Q2 conf call.

In the midst of a large article about Timber Hill's proposal to link the 4 options exchanges, there was mention of NITE & Susquehanna:
