I agree that there may be a sense of futility because the exchange appears immune, however, to extend my point, obtaining an official position of the exchange would be one step from which other authorities or media agencies could be proded to investigate the "shananigans".

We are all aware of the nonsense... we have an inexpensive means of communication and the list of "victims" is not lacking.

I am not sure how to do it here but a thread to "expose" the incredible number of stocks affected..... the short power in Vancouver and the corruptness and apparent arbitrary decision making.

I would prefer at least that the exchange be required to tell us(the shareholders) what they are doing.

I plan to create a list today of authorities I plan to write and get to it as fast as possible. this is not just about STS it is about injustice.

In addition to the stocks mentioned, take a look at Fenway Resources.
This one was so good, they even had the Vancouver Sun helping the shorts, however, they got royaly "nailed". It does happen.
