John. Let's be a bit more specific on how Steve Case mentioned this undervalued stuff. gg.

CNN's interviewer asked Steve Case what he thought about that comment from Steve Ballmer that the valuation of tech stocks were "absurd".

Answer something like this: I didn't hear exactly the whole story but Steve Ballmer thinks Msft is overvalued, I think AOL is undervalued, he should sell his Msft stock and buy AOL. I would encourage him to do so.

She then asked S.C. what he thought when the stock was at 175. Did you think it was worth it? S.C. smiled and I think he said that he was not there then. (Smiles all around). He then went on and said that his stock has been pretty volatile and it would be best to just hold it for the long term. He also said that what has NOT been volatile was the membership growth, revenue growth and AOL is very well positioned for the exploding growth of the internet and we will be at the center of it all.

Like you mentioned, he opined that they are not thinking of raising their ISP fee at this time. He also said that this free ISP model in Europe would not work in the USA.

He also mentioned that they are continuously improving the services to their customers and are listening to their customers concerns and wants.

Yes. All in all it was a great interview.

BTW. In an earlier interview Steve Case was asked it they are in talks with Excite/Athm. He said that they are not commenting on rumors but that they are in many talks with many cos. and will do everything to stay at the forefront of the internet.
