Probably a good couple of days ahead. Around 6:30 PM on Bridge news broke saying how this Class Action lawsuit threat will be very difficult to win, even getting into court wont be a cake walk . Also I suspect some Brokerage firms will come out and support the stocks. All the HMO'S are priced assuming that they will be sued and that Congress will pass legislation that will hurt HMO's . They are very cheap in here. One thing to point out , with all the lawsuit threats HMOS' will have to be careful with claims , so that will in the short run affect costs until they can be offset by higher premiums. Mark
