The key to good tasting (not fishy) fish is always the degree of freshness. It is never a bad idea to badger the waiter in regard to how fresh the fish is. Many waiters don't really know (or care) about the difference between fresh and what they call "fresh-frozen." Trust me, there is a WORLD of difference. If you ask a waiter if the fish is fresh, and he says it's fresh-frozen, he's bullshitting you. The difference between fresh and frozen Mahimahi, for instance, is absolutely astounding.

Now, if only our beloved NAVR would fry a few shorts.
