Jeff and all-if you have the Oct MCRR profile of DOCU just read it. The company is developing along a path that we pretty well laid out. The JFS Division is growing as we stated it would and we noted that the document conversion would have to obtain more business to reload their backlog from the Federal contract awarded last winter. It would appear from reading the 10-K that the company expects to obtain some part of this large contract. The MCRR profile desribed the JFS Division and looked at its potential going forward, which we considered then and now to be the area where DOCU will probably have the greater impact going forward. Yes it is true the Federal contract is taking longer than was anticipated to be awarded but some things you just have to wait on...like the gov't. The stock has had a few significant runs since we profiled it and now sits about a dime below its October price. If you are interested in the company go Edgar and download the 10-K...gary
