Uh, Jim. MSN's network is UUnet, in which MSFT had 12% stake
when it was acquired by MFS. MSFT still holds MFS.

Further, MSFT has stated it has no desires to own a network,
and has done nothing contrary to that position.

PSIX's largest single outside investor, Amerindo (SFO) has,
within the past nine months drastically reduced its stake
(by more than 75%). Most recent sale last month. If they thought
something was up that would raise PSIX's value, they wouldn't
have sold.
