Obviously, we'd have to go up quite a ways to see new highs in the major indexes - and even though we've seen a run up on the internet stocks recently, they are still, for the most part well off their highs. We are also looking at an advanced/decline line that continues to fall - and stocks hitting new lows continue to outnumber those that hit new highs. Are you really predicting such an abrupt about-face in the market as to see new highs? Thanks, -Eric
