You cannot compare the potential of NAVR today with the price appreciation enjoyed by DBCC back when the IPO era was a red hot phenomenon....If NETR had been launched back then the potential could have easily been in the 50s or 60s....Today's potential for NAVR today, however, is much more than the 12 or 13 you predict....I see NAVR going to the mid or high 20s...
