Yes Phil, but I still want accountability to represent honesty.

It would not surprise me if the new money MGR obtained to obtain the rights
to the land areas in the Northwest Territory of Canada was done so
because of speculation/gamble that the Bumbat mine would be reopened
and be a source of cash to this company. If that was the case,
or a factor, then we mgr shareholders were lucky to have that card to play,
else as you mentioned bankruptcy court was close.

Fine and well and good and I would like to know that all mgr shareholders
have been equally affected by the 20:1 consolidation.

Just to use made up numbers for ease of making a point.

Also, the name change of MGR to TDC is irrelevant so in this example
I will use the name of this company as MGR past present and future.

Mr. X or Group Y put up the money for MGR to start new exploration so that
this company can wait for the Mongolian Bumbat gold mine legal situation
to resolve itself over time with MGR's position that it is the party in
compliance and MAC is the party in error.

For this example 200,000 mgr shares being held by shareholders.

After consolidation of a 20 there is now 10,000 mgr shares held by the
original shareholders, and a specific number of mgr shares assigned to
Mr. X or Group Y in return to the new money given MGR to go into the new
land area of Canada.

Maybe this information was part of the information included in the mailing
to vote on the consolidation, but it's a Canadian company and the USA
shareholders had to do a special request to obtain the document,
and I did not. So, if that information was included please post it on this thread,
else I wish it to be made by this company to shareholders.

I would be troubled if any employee of MGR who did not invest new money
into this company received TDC shares that did not compute from the
consolidation of a 20 to 1.

... accountability to represent honesty

as i differ with your view that all investment was lost
my contacts and resources
obtain an mgr inside bankruptcy to private
my ability to deal with Mongolian officials
i could easily have made out extremely better that way
and i would have taken mgr back into public
and invited all shareholders in the consolidation to return
at a low in share price to obtain the original hope and dream
i would keep 50+% for me tho and RULE with Terror
