THE SEC ATTORNEY THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SOLUCORP CASE COMES FROM THE LAW FIRM (SIDLEY & AUSTIN) THAT HAS REPRESENTED SLUP'S TWO MAJOR COMPETITORS---THE CEMENT INDUSTRY (THE PORTLAND CEMENT ASSOCIATION) AND BROWNING FERRIS. AT THE VERY LEAST THIS GIVES THE APPEARANCE OF IMPROPRIETY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
