Hi Lorne, This whole announcement smells and what timing to come out with such an announcement. "If the fox hadn't stopped, he would have caught the rabbit." To many ifs for me at this stage and I may be long dead before I get to see it. I guess anything is 'feasible'. I'd really like to know how they will define an 'operating profit'. I doubt they know what that is since all they have ever done so far is throw away shareholders' money and reduce the 'value' of the company. You can see that we haven't budged on the announcement and it will take alot more than that announcement to wake people up. BTW, what a cheap deal for St. Andrews. For a few bucks, they get 40%! That's what happens when you have no money. You need to give the family jewels away to get a loaf of bread. I wish it were not so, but I think we just saw some investors take the recent volume as a cue to unload some of their shares. Hope I'm dead wrong - for the sake of all the 'faithful' shareholders who have stuck this thing out. Brian
