I will hypothesize that with earnings being announced later this month, they would only be doing an offering, if the earnings were going to be good. They would suffer a terrible backlash if they did an offering, and then had a negative surprise. So I am assuming they will have good earnings, and any price hit will be extremely short-lived. Alan
