And look at the 1 for 9 share...hell, now they had 20 mill shares so like; it was going down to 2 million shares...not so at these guys...they are increasing the MAX total authirized to 100,000,000 ...Anyone online who received JABA letter yet? I would feel better if the words were in text saying that the Max AUTHorized were at some lesser than 100,000,000 figure! LOL Actually the AUTH don't matter if it isn't issued out! To make a point this is what the benny of a Shares Ouit Reverse Split is...I both some Tintina in Alberta Yesterday to square out my portifilio after Marrum had the gold strike news next/ near ..whatever my favorite Limestone Company Birch Mountain! So I looked that the S/O on NSR and saw 20,032,277 and on TTS only 7,102,277. I interpolated one to the other both on shares OUTstanding and the %age split and got a factor of 2 and 3 on the JV split and 2.82 on the ( watch my famous decimals guys and gals) on the Shares Out to eachotherratio ( is there sucha word!)to be 2.82 or a 5.64 rate factor combined to Share Price factor on .285 on TTS to .17 on the high on NSR. Thus I felt that if NST was worth .17 then TINTINA was worth...= .17 X 5.62 or $1.00 CN thereabouts. So I bot tintina at .285 top ...because I have enough Birch...and that Consultants Max Cooley old company where I staked and found metals next to last few yaers at Maxam Gold! LOL...I consider abuters weird! Like 1,500-2,000 miles away. ..>>

The company will be holding an extraordinary general meeting on Oct. 28, 1999. The company will ask the shareholders to consider, and if deemed appropriate, to approve the following special resolutions:
The consolidation of the company's share capital on the basis of 1 new common share for 9 old common shares;
The name of the company be changed from ITL Capital Corporation to Consolidated ITL Capital Corporation or such other name as may be approved by the directors, the Registrar of Companies and the regulatory authorities and to alter the company's memorandum accordingly; and
Increase the authorized capital of the company after consolidation to 100 million common shares.
