Hi Bob.

Gord Bolton alerted me to news over the wire last night that DB had placed an embargo on the purchase of diamonds from Angola and had closed its offices there , all in response to continuing concern that it was indirectly albeit inadvertently contributing to the financing of the UNITA regime. As well , it looks like dos Santos is accelerating the government offensive against UNITA , while at the same time embracing the previously announced U.S. diplomatic initiative in the region.

Let me see - 2 parts peace , 3 parts completed bulk sample/economic deposit , 2 parts DB/Endiama kiss and make up = Camafuca cake.
