Jim,
Where they moved it to is from the deep South in Calgary into a older building right Downtown. I would guess that it is a fairly small office so the cost would not be very high.
As to the link to the ASE you can try a slash at the end of try fin-info.com it is the link to Carlson On-line and you access all of the ase and sedar pages from the bottom of his webage as soon as you put in your company symbol.
