Hey Big Brother, read The Internet Financial Connection, by Mark Johnson, available here on SI. There is an article there about PEP. They don't expect the spin off of the restaurant business until year end. So those Calls, which I assume you meant 1998, not 1999, may not sell for much at expiration.
