Thanks, the explanation was helpfull. I didn't realized that MXP was the buyer. It makes sense now.

With the floor of the deal @ $5.00 for MXP and the fact that WS kept the price above $5.00 yesterday, isn't that a hint that there is overall approval? I do agree that the deal is done even though it is not July.

Did you ever find any info about PDP preferred, I searched Yahoo, but to no avail. I am leaning toward the preferred swap idea at this point so that until all of the smoke clears, I am at least earning an 8% return. Gotta go get dressed, check with you later.

Oh yea, after you have 50 posts, SI will cut you loose but I don't know what the time lag is.
