If anybody out there has an account with Paine webber I would sugest the ask for a research report called "NO strings attached" It is a 200 page report explaining why wireless manufacturers are the place to be. It breaks down country to country what technology is being used, and how fast they are growing. They also list all phones and the systems they are good on. After reading it and the specs it struck me how weak Nokia's CDMA phones are in comparison to mOT and Samsung. i think Samsung is going to have some huge phones coming out. I would also think that NOK needs QCP
more then they would want to admit.
Here is a juicey quote
" Nokia 6185 CDMA phones are still in short supply for reasons that change every week. Nokia's lack of phones for SprintPCS is imoportune, given the potential churn from ATT, resulting from ATT poor network performance. Sprint plans to fill that void with new product introductions from the surging Motorolla and Samsung"
