Did you see Bruce's comment on Tripoli? After reading his comments, it looks to me like the USA was doing a two step just to keep the shipping lanes open. Here a Muslim country is holding us up, (we are not talking about the days of having a few Tomcats fly over)and some little treaty that the Muslims want that says the big ole USA is not a bunch of maniacal Christians coming to wipe them out, and presto we have shipping? Based on all of their statements, it is impossible to draw the conclusion that they felt that this should be a Christian country. No man is perfect , Mark, you know that. And AS I SAID before>>>> I did not say "they felt this should be a Christian country" . I said Christian men founded the country and it is FOR that reason you have freedom OF religion. You had no more quotes from Adams??? I have over 30 more from just him. But my fingers sure are getting tired, because I have to type them all. :o) BESIDES ALL THAT>...... I am not sure if it makes a BIG difference except that there are many folks who WANT this country(and the world) to be as decadent as possible, I wonder why? Freedom of not from. dan
