where's the form 10 they said would be filed by Sept 30? The last we heard from this company was a news release July 6. It said: Ernst & Young is now in the process of auditing Net Command Tech's financial statements in regard to certain recent acquisitions in preparation for a Form 10SB filing that the company plans to submit to the Securities and Exchange Commission in the current quarter. "The Form 10SB filing should provide information sufficient to a restoration of Net Command Tech's stock exchange listing and, ultimately, a resumption of trading in Net Command Tech shares," said Robert Chalnick, Net Command Tech's executive vice president, finance. Well, that quarter is over, and I don't see anything on Edgar, other than an 8k reporting the change in auditor and a filing to indicate that some guy who does private placements acquired some shares in June. sec.gov I want to see a form 10.
