I went to the Rock presentation at the Calgary Investment Conference this past Monday and spoke with Tom Kennedy afterwards. The presentation was well done and Tom is a good speaker. About 30 people attended and it was apparent there are some very faithful shareholders in RKR. The emphasis was on the Millenium 2000 drill program which is getting ready to go. The several majors who have signed non-disclosure agreements are still in the picture and will be watching carefully. The company clearly laid out it's strategy involving IR and I was impressed with the North American, European and Asian coverage that has been designed. Funding has come from all three regions in the past. A claim regarding the BC government is now being pursued in the courts, the gloves are off. The Vancouver Registry number for the Supreme Court Documents is 980073.
