True, but he had a slide up with the dates the non-disclosure agreements that had been signed over the past year or so. One can only believe it to be true since it was in full view on a large screen in the Calgary Convention Centre and Tom is a lawyer (former crown prosecutor). I asked him about CDCH/MDHM afterwards and he said he wasn't familiar with them.
