I liked the announcement of Microsoft incorporating CGRM's truVoice
as well.

04/07 Centigram Commun Licenses TruVoice Sys To Microsoft >CGRM

PHILADELPHIA (Dow Jones)--Centigram Communications Corp. (CGRM) will license
its text-to-speech technology, TruVoice, to Microsoft Corp. (MSFT).
In a press release Monday, Centigram Communications said Microsoft will use
TrueVoice in the beta version of Microsoft Agent, which uses voice commands
for computer animation and web design.
Microsoft Agent includes support to recognize voice commands and will use
TrueVoice's speech engine for verbal responses.
Microsoft also uses the TrueVoice technology in Microsoft Phone, a
software-only answering machine and speakerphone.
Centigram, based in San Jose, provides wireless and wireline messaging and
communications systems.
