Exactly - Even in small business I have worked on deals where we refused to show the books. It is at their discretion if they feel the potential buyer is not pre-qualified so to speak then they will tell him to go take a hike - I suppose I could put in a $1 offer for the whol thing - Much like the Toronto Argos selling price - It is suspected to be a buck but they are not gonna just sell it to the first HOBO that walks in with a loonie.
