Joe, I appreciate your candor. It's always nice to meet and shake hands
with one's enemy.

If you truly want to understand why you should not short Iomega, take
sometimes and really understand the data storage industry, consumer
needs in this area, and how Zip and Jaz fit in the picture for years to
come. This is a $25 billions industry and is growing like mad around the
world. And the Zip and Jaz drives/disks will change and dominate the
industry for years to come.

Everyone in the industry have been caught napping by Iomega.
There is no existing or developing competitive technologies that come
close to matching Zip/Jaz 's price/performance and consumer
demands. And I have looked. So real competitions, if any, may be at
least 2-3 years away. By that Zip/Jaz would already become standard
PC gears.

The bears have pointed out that major competitions and competing
technologies must be coming. I'd like to see a list of real potential
threats to Zip/Jaz based on price/performance, either existing or in
development. There is none. This is the key to the success and
dominance of IOMG over the data storage industry for years to come.

If you don't have an xcellent knowledge about computers and computer
applications world wide, I suggest you try to learn as much as you can
real quick. May save you a lot of money.

Looking at past fundamentals won't give you a clue about the potential
of this company and stock. That was the mistake many bankcrupted IOMG
shorters made. Good luck.
