I live in the Chicagoland area, last Friday I went to CDW's headquarters in Vernon Hills and tried to pickup a couple of pieces of software "Adaptec easy CD 4.0" and "MS Money2000 DLX" but not only did they not have them but they said they were on back order and it would be at least a couple of weeks before I could pickup mine if I were to put in my order that day. They were surprised that I didn't care to place my orders for such hard to get products and just walked out the door. I went home, logged on to Beyond.com and ordered both pieces of software. The next day they arrived at my door. I went online again to pickup and print myself a receipt for tax purposes. This is by far the best e-shopping experience I've ever had. I like Beyond.com's site and experience better than Amazon which I've Frequented many times.
