To anyone: quesion re AAG/VSY values.

First, I am assuming here that the swap for TWG is 1:1 VSY and 2:1 AAG.

Based on that it would seem to make sense at this point to buy VSY.

VSY currently at +-.75/share
AAG currently at +- .55/share .... ie +-1.10/share TWG range

This doesn't make sense (except I believe we still get to keep the Idahoe property under AAG after TWG is formed). The market can't be that inefficient can it? Where am I going wrong?
