"The 10 OPEC members participating in the production reduction campaign achieved 92 percent of their goal in September, compared with a revised 94 percent in August, according to a Bloomberg survey of producers, oil companies and analysts.
``OPEC is maintaining its diligence,' said Michael Fitzpatrick, a trader at Fimat USA Inc. in New York. ``It should hold the market steady, if not push it higher.'"
