No! Cameras are NOT their only market, though it is currently probably the most "mature" market, if you can call it mature. To learn more about Sandisk, I would urge you (and any other newcomers attracted by its giddy performance in the past few months) to get a large cup or stein of your favorite beverage, some munchies, and go to URL Message 11462648. This piece was written by our very own Ausdauer, trying to make a case for Sandisk being a "gorilla" in the making. It'll take awhile to get through the whole thing, but if you're interested in investing in Sandisk, it's worth reading.
But a brief answer to your question is that while cameras are the biggest current use of Sandisk flash, mp3 and cell phones will be the next huge ones to explode. And if you read the thread, every week or two someone has another idea for a potential use.
