One more that may be a dark horse candidate would be Rio Tinto. They control a majority of the worlds titanium supply as it accounts for roughly 30% of their business. They run a similar operation in S. Africa under the name of Richards Bay Minerals (50/50 j/v with Billiton PLC.). This deposit is right up their alley.
