Don, i find it noteworthy that the bond refuses to join the party...which supports Jim Bianco's theory that bonds will find it difficult to rise as long as the stock market remains strong. obviously no one knows for sure what it will take in terms of bond yields to trip the stock market up. but a close eye should be kept on the bond nonetheless. remember that in 1987 a surprisingly swift re-allocation of assets from stocks into bonds caused sharp losses in a very short period of time. i repeat that i don't know where the 'cut-off point' is. but there is one. regards, hb
