Yes the 217 calc may be high, but that is becuase PCLN is overvalued a bit, I think a 80-120 is reasonable on a gut level. This is the best Internet Merger I have seen, it makes sense in business and the merger itself is creative, what we see here is two companies become more valueable because they have joined forces. Novel ain't it comparied to so many mergers today. The merged company has a near lock on every single significant portal as well. Travel is a great e-comerce item.
