Without knowing what the "experts" "agenda" (who is buttering his bread) such opinions may not be very "objective". As I stated way back in this thread, my old buddy since the 3rd grade, who is a patent atty, was with IBM when they settled .... told me the patent is good. The only way to show it is not good, is to show "prior art". IBM and others could not, otherwise they would have and thereby "blown this scam". I have been following closely since Dec, spoke to my "buddy" in early Jan; instantly became a "believer". All I can say is "You gotta believe" (Tug McGraw, 1969). Mel
