Bill, this was when people discovered the Tulip plant in Europe and began selling it's bulbs for ridiculous prices on the Amsterdam securities exchange of that period. Many people lost their shirts then as they will with these internet companies. The only thing I am uncertain about is its timing. If I knew I would be God. Unfortunately I am nothing but a mere mortal that occasionally gets illusions of divinity.
