Well, if you really want to know, being sick in my bathroom, during which time I imagined things like "Damn, looks like I won't live to see FB close after all." I'm a little confused on the court order, if it means, try to mediate, and if it doesn't work, see you in December for a final decision, then maybe that's ok. I would assume mediation is non-binding?? I would have much preferred a court ruling clearly in favor of RTIN. What's your take?
